Every week there are new ‘wants’ that I add to my wishlist – some are great high street additions to keep your wardrobe current and others are luxe lustings so here is a new weekly feature that will show me bringing together my wishlist for the week or as I like to call it, Want It Wednesdays.
Yes it may be summer, but I’m a sunglasses lover all year round and I’ve had my eyes on these Porsche sunglasses for ages – yes they may be pricy but I love them and if i’m being honest it’s getting harder and harder each month not to splurge on them. Plus they’d go amazingly with this gorgeous mesh lace dress from M&S – as we slowly lose what little summer we had, this is the perfect transitional dress that can be dressed up or down and layered to make it a real wardrobe staple. I’ve got a soft spot for gold: if i wasn’t stopped most of my life would have splatterings of gold but I’ll settle for these A M A Z I N G backless gold loafers from River Island, I’m getting all sorts of 90s vibes from these and I think this mama deserves a pair of blingy back to the school run shoes! Keeping with the metallic theme, this Zara pleated skirt is the hero of British summer outfits; from converse to skyscrapers and white tees to lace, this skirts has it all. Zara as always is full of beauties and I spotted these simple yet lush scarves, and at less than £20 it won’t be long until I’m building my collection. Gucci Gucci Gucci, you and your collections do things to me, and this soho shoulder bag sums up my long time love affair with their fun, luxe, modern classic offerings. And what better way to finish off my first Want it Wednesday that with a slick of Urban Decay’s brand new Metalized Vice lipstick in conspiracy – it’s metallic, it’s luxe and it’s fierce – everything you could want it a lip colour.
